A New Year!

So it’s now 2021 and I finally have some time to get back into the swing of the Boutique again.  I have been working on some small things. I was looking for a simple whipped butter that I can use on my legs.  During the winter months they tend to get dry and then I just scratch them.  I had a formula for a butter geared towards dry skin but I wanted to go more simple, more basic.  My Vanilla Whipped Body Butter with Oatmeal seems like a good start.  The scent is a blend of vanilla and spice.  It’s made with a mixture of butters and oils.  Whipping this butter it hardens a bit and comes out in crumbles from the container.  But I think next batch I make I’ll stop a little short on the whipping aspect.  The crumble pieces which I don’t mind melt pretty much as they get in contact with the skin and allow you to spread the butter on your skin.

Next I decided to make an exfoliating soap bar.  I have been using a cleanser for my face, but I also wanted something for my face that would exfoliate that I could use.  I like the soap and how it came out.  Exfoliating Mosaic Soap bars.  They have various exfoliating powders and seeds within them.

I have a few more products that I will be making and trying.  Pretty much everything that I make, I have tried it before putting it up in the shop.  So check out the shop!
